PHENOMENAL. From the moment you step across the threshold you are made to feel special and the centre of attention. The room is modern with beautiful decoration and French posters echoing everything Michelin. The range of menus gives you so much opportunity. It was a birthday treat and we had the 'Market Menu' which was simply gorgeous from start to finish. The wine list is so impressive and even more impressive are the sommeliers who paired wines for us that were an absolute delight. We'll be back.

An absolute amazing experience Went to Bibendum in Fulham last night. The Seafood was amazing. Michelin Star Chef Claude Bosi. Highly recommended the abundance of friendly staff to meet your every needs. The seafood is so fresh and we was absolutely impressed, I haven’t been there for many years but things have certainly improved since I last went and it was brilliant then. Please check it out. If you’re in the area it’s not cheap you’re in Kensington so you have to accept it, but what an amazing experience

I came here twice in the same week. On Wednesday, I opted for the £75 market menu, which was incredibly good value. The pumpkin starter was delightful, especially the soup. I couldn't think of anything better to have on a cold December afternoon. The partridge main course was very tasty and the meat was so tender. A light and delicate lemon and white chocolate tart brought the meal to a perfect close. The second time, I chose the much longer, pricier 7-course menu for £215, which was very harmonious and balanced. Dishes such as the prawns with crème fraiche, seabass with seafood, fois gras crème caramel and English apple dessert were real highlights. The seabass was so buttery in texture and melted in my mouth. The fois gras crème caramel had the perfect balance between sweet and savoury. This really was a great meal. Meeting Claude Bosi for a kitchen tour added to the experience. It was very interesting seeing how the kitchen was run. They even offered me a free cocktail downstairs after the meal, which I thought was very kind and considerate. The barman was also a true perfectionist and passionate about his craft. Surely 2024 has to be the year this restaurant finally wins its third Michelin star. It will be insulting if it doesn't. It should have received it last year. Both meals I had here in 2022 were worthy of that :)

Best sea bass I have ever tried. It’s so juicy and fresh, not dry at all. Pan fried fish is always too dry cuz the sides heat up and cooked too fast while the core is still raw. I suspect that is slow-cooked ? Anyway, it’s excellent! The second best is the Foie Gras. They mix the foie gras with egg yolk, which is very creative, and magically matches with the protein. In Hong Kong we always pan fries prawns with salted egg yolk. I never thought that can actually bland in so well with French cuisine as well…! This is just amazing!

Beautiful place. The food is absolutely amazing, with every dish being pleasant and cooked to the highest of standards. Must try the Bibendum egg and the duck jelly topped with caviar. Dessert must be the chocolate soufflé. Claude Bosi will undoubtedly get his long awaited third star very soon.

Dining at the Oyster Bar: A charming space for an absolutely delightful meal from start to finish. Started with a very dry oyster martini. Moved on to a selection of oysters paired with a reasonably priced bottle of Alsatian Pinot Blanc. For starters Tomato salad and Crab salad. Both delicious, although they were best when combined. Mains: an absolutely outstanding crab orecchiette that we know we'll be craving for a long time to come. And a very nice shrimp burger that failed to delight only because the hash brown on there really adds nothing but gummy heft. The accompanying fries were mostly little fry pieces rather than nice long fries. Finished with a perfectly executed crème brûlée, a very satisfying cherry clafoutis, and a glass of Sauternes.

This is a true hidden gem that deserves to be kept as a personal secret. Nestled behind thick walls and surrounded by a postmodern glass palace, this stage for savior vivre captures the essence of celebrating life. Upon entering the restaurant, a sense of tranquility fills the air as each patron floats on their own island of contentment. The service is nothing short of fantastic, with attentive staff who make you feel truly taken care of. The decor of is meticulously curated, perfectly aligned with the spirit of "Bibendum." Shades of blue and mesmerizing interplays of light and shadow create an enchanting ambiance that enhances the dining experience. Far away from the sweaty, route National. Instead, you are treated to an exclusive culinary journey that avoids excessive frills and surprises the palate with the innovative wizardry of the kitchen. The cuisine is truly sublime, offering a noble and unconventional taste experience. The chefs' mastery is evident in every dish, as they skillfully blend flavors and ingredients to create a symphony on the plate. For the ultimate indulgence, I highly recommend trying the lunch menu. It is a true feast that will leave you in awe. Chapeau
